Ann Arbor, MI, July 29, 2021 – Oberon Technologies®, Inc., a leading provider of state-of-the-art extended reality (XR) training and information delivery technologies, today announced financial results for its fiscal 2021 second quarter ended June 30, 2021. The technology company reported 61 percent SaaS (Software as a service) growth for Q2.
“Launching new customer projects and growing existing implementations, Oberon is seeing rapid growth for us and many of our clients,” said Timothy Allen, chairman and CEO. “We continue to add new projects across all our solution areas, including CCMS services, web collaboration tools, dynamic delivery portals, and VR experiences for clients across industries.” Recent projects include those for Exelon Corporation, John Deere, Dematic and Trane Technologies among others.
As reported in the XR Association and Perkins Coie April survey, standard project timelines were compressed from five-to-seven years pre-pandemic and now from one-to-four. Oberon’s clients are moving at this same accelerated pace not just for VR projects but also adoption of online delivery solutions. More organizations are moving to digital information delivery to improve all aspects of their product, service and training offerings. The adoption of dynamic information delivery and immersive Virtual Reality (VR) experiences is proving a competitive advantage for many Oberon clients and provides significant ROI cost savings for all.
