Joe Jenkins has worked in enterprise software development and implementation for over 20 years. He has business consulting expertise in content management, automated publishing, and content delivery across industries. Joe manages Oberon’s daily business operations. He also develops multi-year implementation roadmaps, conducts requirements workshops, and architects enterprise solutions to enable content reuse, automated publishing, improved translation processes, and dynamic content delivery. Joe frequently speaks at industry conferences on the innovative use of structured content to drive enterprise value.



Tim Allen

Tim Allen has over 30 years of experience in architecting, implementing, and optimizing automated publishing solutions for global organizations. Tim’s expertise spans the entire content lifecycle. He has executed every facet of dynamic publishing, including content strategy definition, conversion, stylesheet development, data modeling, translations, taxonomies, content management, workflow, dynamic assembly, and automated multi-channel information delivery.

Scott Youngblom

Chief Sales Officer and Co-Founder

Scott Youngblom’s information technology career spans 25+ years, with over 18 years in automated publishing solutions. Scott started out in programming, and steadily built his technical background to include deep knowledge of “best-of-breed” publishing software. He now applies this experience to help Fortune 2000 organizations meet specific business requirements.  Customers rely on Scott;s expertise to help them increase company revenue, decrease expenses, improve profit margins, and meet regulatory compliance and quality standards

Scott Allen has more than 20 years of experience across a range of technical disciplines, in a variety of product development and professional services roles. At Oberon, Scott maintains and future-proofs the information technology systems used for internal infrastructure, as well as external delivery systems. Scott also supports our customers’ projects with consulting on optimal systems architecture and performance-enhancing features. As a veteran of the United States Air Force, Scott applies a focused attention to detail to all tasks as he creates and delivers strategies and policies needed to lead the charge in a rapidly changing technological world.

Vi Kellersohn

Chief Marketing Officer

Vi Kellersohn leads Oberon’s marketing efforts, with responsibility for driving awareness, interest, and demand for our services and full solutions portfolio. For 20+ years, Vi has managed and executed marketing functions for B2B technology organizations, working with sales teams to increase revenue in the millions. Her expertise covers the full range of marketing including strategy, demand generation, reputation, and sales enablement. Vi has also developed and executed custom co-marketing campaigns in support of customer and partner engagements.
